I’m the Lab Manager of the Neurospirituality Lab at the Center for Brain Circuit Therapeutics at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. I’m also an aspiring clinical psychologist with a passion for exploring the intersections of spirituality, mental health, and the brain. My current work seeks to understand how contemplative practices and neuroscience can come together to enrich human well-being.
